Setting a Mentioning / Hearing date to customers during registration cases.

Mention / Hearing a case Mal, Jenayah and Faraid within 21 days after registration.

Issue a Certificate Faraid within 5 days after the making of distribution beneficiaries.

Mention / Hearing in a year at least 90% of the civil cases, Jenayah and Faraid are registered.

Investigate and take appropriate action on all customer complaints received within 14 days from the date the complaint was received.

First time hearing the appeal within 30 days after receipt of an appeal from the court records of the decision appealed.
