Prepare and implement management and adjudication of cases based on Islamic law and Sharia Law as Fair, Efficient and Effective. Judiciary Department Penang also committed to the satisfaction of the Muslims and customers by implementing a quality management system in accordance with the MS ISO 9001. State Judiciary Department Penang soon improve the effectiveness of quality of service
