  • Setting a Mentioning / Hearing date to customers during registration cases.
  • Mention / Hearing a case Mal, Jenayah and Faraid within 21 days after registration.
  • Issue a Certificate Faraid within 5 days after the making of distribution beneficiaries.
  • Mention / Hearing in a year at least 90% of the civil cases, Jenayah and Faraid are registered.
  • Investigate and take appropriate action on all customer complaints received within 14 days from the date the complaint was received.
  • First time hearing the appeal within 30 days after receipt of an appeal from the court records of the decision appealed.
